SHIPPING AND RETURNS
SHIPPING:
We endeavour to process the orders accepted by us within 2 (two) working days. All the orders are shipped door-to-door from our warehouse in Ahmedabad, India to your shipping address provided to us via Shiprocket.
DELIVERY TIME:
This may vary depending on the delivery location and services of our logistics partner. However, we endeavour to deliver the order(s) within 5(five) to 7(seven) working days.
DELIVERY CHARGES:
All orders are delivered at actuals.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS:
Shipping throughout India.
BACKORDERS:
We do not ship backorders. We aim to keep every Product on our website in stock. If there is a Product which you purchase and then we realise this Product is not available, we will promptly inform you within 2 working days of your purchase and fully refund your money for the out of stock Product.
PROCESS ONE SHIPPING ADDRESS PER ORDER:
We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several Products and ship them to different people, please treat these as separate orders. We cannot ship to Post Office Box addresses and take no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case the delivery address includes P. O. Box details in any part or form.
DELIVERY BY LOGISTIC PARTNER:
Shiprocket will attempt delivery 3 (three) times at the delivery/shipping address specified by you in the order, before they contact us that your package is not deliverable. You can track the package through the Order Tracking facility. If the package status is shown as undeliverable please call Shiprocket Customer Service at their local number and quote your tracking number to trace your package.
RETURN OF PRODUCTS:
We have a dedicated quality control team to ensure you get the best and 100% genuine products. We strive to provide our customers with high-quality products, and we understand that sometimes, things might not work out as planned. Therefore, we have created a comprehensive return policy to ensure that our customers have a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience.
Kindly note that since the products are handmade, they might have slight irregularities that should not be considered as defects. We request you to bear this in mind while placing the order.
If there is still an issue with the product you can go on with the return for:
- Defective product
- Products damaged during the Shipping
- Product(s) missing
- Wrong Product sent by the Company
To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at [email protected], and they will guide you through the process.
The product should be returned in original condition (in the original box with the MRP tag intact).
Saamarth will arrange pickup of the product. Once we receive the product, we will inspect it, and if it meets our return policy’s terms and conditions, we will process your refund or exchange.
The refund will be initiated within 7 (seven) days on receiving the returned product. However, please note that the time taken for the refund to reflect in your account might vary depending on the payment method and bank.
